Graphic Novel Review 158/365: 5 Christmas Gifts!

Please keep up with all of my old Graphic Novel Reviews here as I quest for 365 in 365 days! Or search #GN365 on Twitter.

Look, here’s the deal: I was at the hospital today for a total of eleven hours, and while I promise to get into the story tomorrow during my review of a fantastic book, today, I’m giving you five amazing Christmas gift ideas for any last minute shoppers out there, since I’m constantly asked by friends and teachers what would be a good graphic novel to give as a gift.  I’m selecting books that are extremely fun and semi-age appropriate.  Please click the link to my review of the book for actual age range of the read.

1.) Scott Pilgrim (yep…it appears on all of my lists)

2.) everyone’s a aliebn when ur a aliebn too (yep…another one that appears on all of my lists)

3.) The new Archie series

4.) Runaways (doesn’t hurt that the book has been turned into a pretty darn cool Hulu show)

5.) Paper Girls (for fans of Stranger Things looking to explore the nostalgic 80’s even more)

Happy reading!
